PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Aware of the importance of ensuring the confidentiality of data, the ALPHITAN group takes strong commitments towards the personal data protection.

This data protection policy is aimed to inform about the commitments and practical measures taken by ALPHITAN group in order to ensure the respect of your personal data.

This privacy policy may change depending on any changes in legal or regulatory requirements.

1. PERSONAL DATA

This policy sets the principles and guidelines for the protection of your personal data, including the personal data collected on or through the Internet websites of ALPHITAN Group, and that is provided when benefits entrusted to the ALPHITAN group.

    + Internet websites: Visitors are individuals who visit the websites of ALPHITAN Group without any records. Personal data may include:

        o Cookies (as described below) and any other personal data that may be relevant for the purposes set out below.

    + Other tools and/or services: based on the data provided by the customer.

 

In any case, the ALPHITAN Group shall collect only personal data strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and set out in Article 3 below (minimizing data).

3. PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION

Whether you are a visitor to one of our websites or a customer who have entrusted us with a delivery or mission, ALPHITAN Group collect personal data about you in accordance with the legal basis and for following purposes:

    + Perform technical services: analysis, Audit, Diagnostics, etc.

    + Manage ISO treatment and investigations.

    + Request and obtain information on ALPHITAN Group, its products and services

    + Identify your needs and interests to provide the best products and services

    + Commercial or support services

 

ALPHITAN Group may also use your e-mail address for other objectives non-marketing or administrative purposes (for example, to notify significant changes in websites and/or companies of ALPHITAN Group).

4. DATA RETENTION POLICY

ALPHITAN Group does not store your personal data any longer than necessary. Retention periods can vary depending on the categories of data and treatments.

5. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT, ACCESS AND CORRECTION

ALPHITAN group has implemented protection rules and processes for personal data treatments to ensure that they are used in accordance with the above purposes and to ensure their accuracy and their update.

6. RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Your personal data may be transmitted or used by a company of the ALPHITAN Group for the purposes set in section 3 of this policy.

ALPHITAN Group only communicates your data personal to recipients authorized and determined.

The recipients of your personal data is : the different services concerned of the ALPHITAN group or one of its companies.

ALPHITAN Group may disclose your personal data if the law or ALPHITAN Group believes in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process (for example, a mandate, a subpoena or any other court decision) or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ALPHITAN Group, our customers or the public.

ALPHITAN Group shall protect and secure personal data you have chosen to provide, in order to ensure their confidentiality and that they are distorted, damaged, destroyed or disclosed to third parties not allowed.

ALPHITAN Group took physical, electronic and organizational protection and measures to prevent any loss, misuse, or unauthorized dissemination, alteration or destruction of personal data.

All personal data is confidential, their access is limited to employees of ALPHITAN Group to achieve their mission. All individuals with access to your personal information are bound by a duty of confidentiality and expose themselves to disciplinary action and/or other sanctions if they fail to meet these obligations.

ALPHITAN Group uses cookies on its websites in order to:

ALPHITAN Group can also use the services of third party providers (such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) in order to perform services on its behalf. In this case, cookies provided by these third-party providers may be used and stored. During the transmission of the information generated by these cookies, the cookies settings ensure that the IP address be made anonymous before the geolocation and conservation.

 

Our service providers will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of websites, reports on the work of the websites of ALPHITAN Group, and to offer you better services targeted to your needs.

The ALPHITAN group will teach claims regarding the use and disclosure of personal data and will try to resolve them in accordance with the principles contained in this policy.

The unauthorized access to personal data or their improper use may be a violation of the terms of the local legislation.

If you reside in the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway or Island, you have the right to file an application with your data protection authority.
